Quality management system implementation based on ISO 9001 standard is a strategic decision of the Office for International Study Programs (OISP) in order to provide consistently services that meet customer’s requirements, make continual improvement, and promote sustainable development.

SURVEY

Office for International Study Programs (OISP) carries out surveys on interested parties annually for customer satisfaction measurement and improvement solution suggestions.

PROGRAM QUALITY ASSESSMENT

Program quality assessment means an application of internal quality assurance standards and international accreditation standards to evaluate training-related activities, including learners, objectives and expected learning outcomes, program structure and content, continual improvement, lecturers, and facilities.
