DISTINGUISHING SOFTWARE ENGINEER WITH PROGRAMMER<\/strong><\/p>\n

If a programmer merely doing the job of coding a software, an engineer can do more things related to the process of software development, such as:
\nJoin identifying software products, analyse customer\u2019s requirements and wishes
\nPut in detail, develop and select prototypes, simulate requests
\nStreamline, analyse profit, select framework, adjust funding and planning for the project
\nDesign
\nManufacturing
\nWrite materials for users and partners
\nTest for quality, assist and gather feedbacks before releasing
\nParticipate in publishing and analyse competitiveness
\nMaintenance
\nIn general, a software engineer, depend on his ability, can choose between works such as Project Manager, Technical Leader, Bridge Software Engineer\u2026 Graduated, they can debut as Developer, Tester, QA, etc. to get used with the working environment and build experience in domestic and foreign companies<\/p>\n

CAREER DEVELOPMENT<\/strong>
\nVietnam is considered a young labour market, in particular the number of participant strained in IT related fields currently occupied fairly with high rates, signals a plentiful labor market of this sector. But, recruitment in the IT industry, especially the software industry, often falls in the situation with numerous candidates but not many are recruited<\/p>\n

The main cause is still the problem of the quality of labour, from the quality of the training. According to calculations, the number of graduates of it industry in Vietnam currently has only 8% meet the requirements of the business. Because, 92% of students left with a critical flaw is the least foreign language and soft skills.<\/p>\n

Of course, in order to succeed in any field would also need a foundation and a good professional, especially for software engineering profession, people learn more and are equipped with the knowledge base and little guano fields
\nIn the present, at University level, HCMUT is offering the Articulation Program 2 + 2 ( first 2 years in HCM University of Technology and 2 last years at Queenland University) or Computer Science Engineering with Advanced program module 4 + 0 (4 years in HCMUT)
\nThe curriculum is entirely in English, proved by HCMUT and partner universities
\nThe frame is centered around learners, help with creativity, knowledge, language and flexibility

At university level, Ho Chi Minh University of Technology is operating the\u00a0Software Engineering\u00a0Program & IT Bachelor in the model of International articulation program 2 + 2; the\u00a0 first 2 years in HCMUT and 2 last years in La Trobe Univeristy \u00a0and Computer Science in the model of English program 4 + 0 ( 4 years in HCMUT)<\/p>\n

The curriculum is entirely in English, quality proved by National University and partner schools in USA, Australia, Japan.<\/p>\n

The program is designed and built learner \u2013 centered, helps creativity, expertise, 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0language (English\/Japanese) and adapt easily to international environment.<\/p>\n
