Quality Assurance (QA) Team – the Office for International Study Programs (OISP) is a team in charge of quality assurance. The organization is led by a quality management representative, responsible for dealing with quality system issues and setting a vision to guide the entire OISP’s operations to a high quality international standard.

QA Team was officially established on February 1st, 2012 with the task of improving the quality of the entire operation of OISP: management, working, learning and teaching environment. With strong spirit, OISP QA Team has gradually been improving activities, quality has been markedly enhanced according to the annual report.

QA Team is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the quality assurance activities that OISP should strive to achieve and maintain the best standards and regulations. Typical jobs such as:
Coordinate and control the ISO 9001 quality management system.
Coordinate and control the quality survey system of stakeholders.
Coordinate and control application of educational program quality assurance standards.
