On December 6th 2017, Office International Study Program (OISP) welcomed the Audit team of British Standards Institution (BSI) to carry out the second continuing assessment of Quality Management System based on the standard ISO 9001: 2008.
The Audit team had an evaluation session with representatives of Board of Director, Marketing Department, and Academic Affairs Department of OISP.

The results of the second continuing assessment have no ‘Non-Conformity’, only ‘Opportunity to Improve’ concluding:
- Marketing Department: Consulting the specialized agency for permission to publish non-commercial publications (Refer to Circular No. 23/2014/TT-BTTTT of Ministry of Information and Communications);
- Academic Affairs Department: For target’s failure, evidence of root causes analysis and remedial actions need to be fully documented;
- Academic Affairs Departments: Following the process of students’ score query should be better.
After the second continuing assessment, the certificate is still maintained. All of the OISP’s departments have fulfilled their responsibilities in the evaluation process.
