To continue the series of internal assessment training courses for the High Quality Programs, the Office for International Study Programs (OISP) organized a training workshop on Evidence Preparation in the morning of December 11th, 2017.
Participants included PhD. Dang Dang Tung (Deputy Head of OISP), PhD. Nguyen Hua Phung (Consultant), Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Trang (OISP’s Quality Assurance Executive), Ms. Tran Duy Thao and Ms. Le Ngoc Thuy Quynh (OISP’s Department of Academic Affairs), along with teachers from faculties of High Quality Programs.
During the training, the consultant presented a list of evidence for each criteria of the internal quality assurance. The lecturers discussed, agreed on the plan and registered the slot for internal quality assessment:
The internal assessment plan for each program is implemented in two days:
1st Day:
– In the morning: the audit team investigate evidence files;
– In the afternoon: the audit team conduct interviews with students, class teachers, lecturers, and faculty council.
2nd Day:
– In the morning: the audit team visit the laboratories; interview with Dean/Associate Dean;
– In the afternoon: the audit team have a meeting, prepare assessment report; and publish initial results.
