The Internal Assessment Program 2018 was approved by the Director on April 17th 2018. The program was conducted by Truong Tue Man – Chef Consultant on May 02nd 2018.
In preparation for the BSI’s assessment of ISO 9001: 2015 certification, the assessor conducted the following assessment:
- Quality objectives (QO), QO implementation plan 2018 and results of QO implementation 2017
- Responsibilities and authorities
- Documented information control
- Working Process of the Departments
- Controlling nonconformities and corrective actions
- Risk management
Time and Assessed Department:
– 8:30 – 9:30: Administration Department
– 9:30 – 10:30: Marketing Department
– 10:30 – 11:15: Transfer Department
– 13:30 – 14:15: International Marketing Department
– 14:15 – 15:00: EMBA-MCI Department
– 15:00 – 16:00: Academic Affair Department

Basically, the quality management system of the OISP has been established and applied in accordance with the requirements of TCVN ISO 9001:2015. However, the assessor gave some remarks to the departments in order to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system:
– Adjusting documents (process, regulations) and submitting for approval in time;
– Completing the risk assessment;
– Adding capacity requirements and job description for some positions;
– Heads and Deputy Heads of Departments should focus on disseminating Quality Policy for their staffs.
The re-certification audit of ISO 9001 version 2015 is scheduled to take place on May 28th 2018./.
