OVERVIEW
Catholic University founded in 1887 with the support of Pope Leo VIII, is a National University of the Catholic Church, originally founded as a Center for postgraduate studies in the United States. Combining the outstanding curriculum and unique art of teaching, the school commenced teaching for undergraduate since 1904, the annual training a large number of graduates and engineers.

The United States Congress has supreme authority over Washington, D.C., soresidents of the city have less autonomy than residents of the States of the United States.
Climate: tropical climate with a half Washington. This is the typical climate of the area between the coast of the Atlantic (mid-Atlantic), with four distinct seasons. The district is located in hardiness zones . Spring and fall are smooth, less humid while winters bring cold temperatures and the amount of the average annual snowfall is 16.6 inches (420 mm). The average low temperature in winter is around 30° F (-1° C) from mid-December to mid-February. The snow storm disrupting Washington on average every four to six years. The strongest storms are called “nor’easters” (storm northeast) often is characterized by strong winds,heavy rain and occasional snow. These storms often affect large parts of the East Coast.
