Architecture is the design and construction of buildings, combining art, mathematics, science and logistics. During an architecture degree, you will learn how to draw accurate designs of buildings either by hand or with computer software. You may study modules such as sustainable architecture and building for the future.


If you’ve studied an Architecture degree, you’ll have developed a range of very desirable creative, visual, practical and design-based skills
to offer employers.

Architecture careers are more diverse than you might think, including:
Building architecture – designing new buildings, or adapting existing ones.
Landscape architecture – planning, designing and managing open spaces, including both natural and urban areas.
Naval architecture – the architecture of ships and marine vessels.

Students have 2 options:

Option 1:

Students study at HCMUT for 4 years and get a Bachelor of Architecture awarded by HCMUT.

Option 2:

After completing 02 years at HCMUT, students with financial and academic eligibility may transfer to our partner universities for the later 02 years to complete their study for a bachelor’s degree. The official bachelor’s degree is awarded by the partner universities.

HCMUT is currently working to associate the program with our partner universities in Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. The information will be updated here soon.
