All visitors are eligible to apply for Vietnam Visa on Arrival when Visa exemption or e-Visa is not applicable.

Vietnam Electronic Visa (e-Visa)

Visitors can enter Vietnam on an e-Visa at any of the country’s eight international airports, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Danang, as well as 14 land crossings and seven seaports.

GUIDANCE ON TRAVEL REGULATIONS

HCMUT will update participants with the latest guidance from competitive authorities on travel regulations, including COVID-19 prevention, and the check-in process at the airport.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Participants are required to prepare valid medical/ travel insurance during their stay in Vietnam which covers Covid-19 treatment, and the minimum coverage is USD10,000

ACCOMMODATION

As part of the exchange program, HCMUT will prepare accommodations for exchange students before their departing day.

AIRPORT PICKUP

As soon as you have your flight schedule and your arrival time is between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM UTC+7:00, please contact us to book an airport pickup.

Under some circumstances that we could not arrange the pick-up, we will guide you in detail before you depart so that you can safely check in Vietnam and arrive safely at the registered accommodation.
