In Thu Duc District, they visited the Campus 2 of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, and also visited the campuses of other members of VNU-HCM. On this occasion, they had chance to taste the “famous” sticky rice iceream of Thu Duc district, to look through the National Defense Education Centre – VNU-HCM, and to enjoy the beauty of Rocky Lake.

After visting the suburbs, the group came back to the city center to visit some well-known tourist spots of HCMC such as Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, Ben Thanh Market, etc. Particularly, they crossed Thu Thiem Tunnel and enjoyed the beautiful views of the Saigon river from the roof of the tunnel.

Moreover, they were very excited about the idea of visiting the Crescent Mall to participate in the weekend activities there. Before returning to the dormitory, they had a trip to Phu My Bridge, looking at the city on the motorbikes.
