At  room 510 building A4, Office for International Study Programs held a meeting with students’ parents on the matter of transferring process to the US and Australia.

The meeting focused on consulting for students that plan to go to Australia in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Petroleum, Information Technology, Civil Engineering and those who want to go to America in the fields of Business Managemtn and Electrics – Electronics.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Le Thi – Head of Transferring Department and Mr Cao Tuan Minh – Head of Academic Affairs were presented for hosting the meeting.

As for academic results, Mr Cao Tuan Minh explained in details contacting information (in Vietnam and in the foreign countries). Additionally, there were standards about credits and grades, as well as English eligibility, so students and parents can plan for the last 2 years learning strategies.

This is a general meeting in order to provide the basic information for transferring 2012 intake students (which will take place in Jan and Feb 2015). From this time to Semester 4 at HCMUT, OISP would continue to hold meetings with parents and students of individual field for step-by-step guidance for paperwork preparation before transferring.
