The owner of this achievement is Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thien Trang, a student of K2015 in Natural Resources & Environment Management Department (English Program).

Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Thien Trang

Erasmus+ gave Trang an exchange program for 4 months (2 – 6 / 2018) to the Department of Biology in Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iaşi – the oldest university and the top 5 best universities in Romania.

It is known that this is not the only scholarship that Trang has achieved. At the same time receiving good news from Erasmus+ Trang also won a short-term scholarship to the University of Porto (Portugal). After much confusing consideration, a future environmental engineer decided to travel to Romania.

Previously, Trang also won a short-term scholarship of ECO-RED – the European Development Program of Renewable Energy Courses.

Besides, Trang also participates in scientific research activities such as: “Determination of toxins in the water environment of Vibrio fischeri“, practical research in An Giang with Mr. Vo Le Phu (Deputy Head of the Environment & Resources Department) with experts from EPFL on the topic “Arsenic pollution in groundwater and sediment in the Mekong Delta” …

In 2/2018, Thien Trang will depart in Romania to begin the semester. This will be Trang’s first Tet holiday away from home. “The mood is a little chilly and slightly mixed with joy and eagerness” – Trang shared.

Wishing for our little friend a trip achieving a lot of knowledge and rewarding experience!
