A project introduction video by Titans team – a new modification of this year’s season

Bach Khoa Innovation has been held for 3 seasons, drawing a huge amount of students’ attention. A new modification of this year’s season is that the contest is now open for all students from any university, college, or vocational school in Ho Chi Minh city. The competition aims to connect students and provide an opportunity for students all over the city to conduct scientific research. Due to the spread of COVID-19, the teams can not gather directly for discussion but the quality of the participating projects is not affected at all.

The projects vary enormously from Computer, Electrical – Electronics, Mechanics, to Chemistry, Environment, Medical and Construction equipment, etc. Among those, the most preferred fields are Computer (14 projects), Electrical (12 projects) and Mechanics (11 projects). This means that these fields are students’ interests and they desire to introduce develop more innovations.

After getting qualified in the Elimination Round, the teams will prepare for their performance in the First Round. There are some modifications to the rules of the First Round. Because the students haven’t got back to university yet, the First Round will be held online on 28 March. The other change is that the teams have to work on their project introduction video.

The judges will mark the projects on a 100-point scale, based on the extent of change, possibility, convince, and the progress of the project. The teams must adhere to the rules of the competition to get their projects the best result.

The next timeline:

• Project introduction video application due date: Before 3:00 p.m. on 17 April

• The First Round: 8:00 a.m. on 28 April
