HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY WON THE FIRST PRIZE OF NATIONAL OLYMPIC IN PHYSICS FOR STUDENTS
The HCMUT’s Olympic Physical Team won the first prize in 2015.
In 2015, there were 4 members of HCMUT‘s Olympic Physical Team attended competition in 3 parts: Multiple choices, Experiments and Exercises.
- 3 first prizes in Multiple choice: Nguyen Xuan Son, Kieu Quang Tuan, Tran Quoc Tien Dung.
- 2 second prizes in Experiments: Nguyen Thanh Xuan, Tran Quang.
- 1 first prize and 3 third prizes in Exercises: Nguyen Xuan Son, Tran Van Duc.
With talented and excellent individuals, HCMUT’s Olympic Physical Team won a well-deserved first place in 2015.
National Physical Olympic for Students XVIII – 2015 (SphO) organized annually by Physical Society of Vietnam cooperating with the Ministry of Education and Training to improve the quality of teaching and learning Physics at schools. Besides, the competition is to search, discover the young talents in the physics for Vietnam. It was also a useful field for students to share knowledge as well as enthusiasm and passion for learning.
There are 284 students from 43 universities and colleges attended all over the country
Students have to take 3 parts of the competitions: Multiple choices, Experiments and Exercises. This year, multiple choices are conducted in online form instead of manual form as before.
