International student exchange program

Academic year 2016-2017

Office for International Study Programs invites outstanding students to apply for International Student Exchange Programs of academic year 2016 – 2017 with following information:

• The number of students: 10
• Duration of exchange: 01 semester
• Student eligibility:

–         Grade point average (GPA) of at least 7.0 and not be on academic or disciplinary probation

–         The program is available for students who have completed at least one year of study at HCMUT.

–         IELTS 6.0 or equivalents.

• Application deadline: 15^th October, 2015
• Tuition fee: Students will pay the tuition fee at the amount regulated for her/his own next semester in OISP.
• Required documents:

–         Application form

–         Transcript of record

–         Application letter or Resumes (clearly clarify your purpose of study, your choice of University, and study plan)

–         Letter of recommendation (preferably from a Professor)

–         Copy of your passport

–         02 photos (4×6) (white background)

–         English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent

–         Health certificate (for applicants applying to Sun Moon and Sungkyunkwan University)

• Exchange partner Universities (see on the table below)

Notes: Students are responsible for knowing policies and procedures regarding the award of credit for coursework completed at partner Universities and choosing relevant courses
