In the afternoon of March 5, 2020, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology – Vietnam National University organized an awarding event for 16 graduates of the Artificial Intelligence & Applications (AI) training program.
This is a short-term training course lasting 3 months from December 2019 to March 2020, on the order of Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited (RBVH). This is a company with a research and development team of more than 2000 senior engineers and experts specializing in the research and development of applications of artificial intelligence for regional and international markets. According to Assoc.Prof.Dr. Thoai Nam – Director of Center of Computer Engineering of HCMUT – Bach Khoa where the course is directly taught, the special feature of the training course is not only equipping students with knowledge about artificial intelligence from basic to application programming tool but also apply knowledge to solve practical problems in society.

At HCMUT – Bach Khoa, its National key labs and Research centers, especially the Center of Computer Engineering which developed the Artificial Intelligence Core & Traffic and Security Monitoring System (TriS – Smart Surveillance Solution) in 2017, and successfully implemented in localities such as Vinh Long city, and Ho Chi Minh city. In addition, the school has strong research groups on High-Performance Computing (HPC), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT) and others. Corresponding training programs are not only for students but also for collaborative training with industry partners.
With the development of science and technology in recent years, artificial intelligence has created many opportunities for researchers, businesses and management.
