On the morning of March 6th, 2020, the Organizer Board of the Bach Khoa Innovation contest have held a livestream “Kick off Bach Khoa Innovation 2020” to provide detailed information about the contest. This year, the kick-off is hosted online due to the change in students’ schedules.
This is the third time that the contest has been held in order to creat an exciting environment for students to start up, innovate, and be creative in terms of science and technology. In the last 2 seasons, the contest had been joined by nearly 500 students with 160 projects.
The kick-off of Bach Khoa Innovation is broadcasted live on fanpage channels like Bach Khoa Innovation, Quoc Te Bach Khoa HCM, Truong Dai hoc Bach Khoa and Tuoi tre Bach Khoa. After an hour of interacting with audiences, the contest has drawn a lot of attention from the participating teams.
To mention the guests in the livestream, we have invited Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Danh Thao – Vice President of HCMUT – Bach Khoa, Dr. Truong Quang Vinh – Vice Director of Office for International Study Programs and Head of the Organization Board, Mr. Do Quang Thang – Deputy Director of Uom tao Doanh nghiep Cong nghe Center and the last season’s winner. Moreover, there are also honored guests who are the sponsors of this year’s season.
Bach Khoa Innovation has received many questions from the teams related to some concerns like topics, the number of members, regulations of each round, etc. A new feature of this year’s season is that the contest is now open for all students from any university, college, or vocational school in Ho Chi Minh city. The Board of Organization also stays focused on holding workshops to provide further information about marketing, intellectual property law, project management, etc. Besides, TOP 20 are going to visit businesses and Saigon Hi-Tech Park Incubation Center.
