An exciting Graduation Celebration of K10 – HCMC University of Technology
In the morning 23/4/2015, K10 Graduation Celebration took place in Building A5. In this celebration, there were 21 students who specialized in Electrical-Electronic Engineering (Advanced Program), were awarded graduation certificates by HCMUT.

PHAN THANH SON NAM – THE YOUNGEST PROFESSOR IN VIETNAM
At the age of 36, Phan Thanh Son Nam – Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering – Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Vietnam National University) was the youngest professor in Vietnam.
HCMUT STUDENTS ACHIEVE ENCOURAGING PRIZE OF NATIONAL OLYMPIC VIII IN CHEMISTRY
This competition was organized by Can Tho University and Vietnam Chemical Society. There were 3 groups A,B and C for students with professional major in researching, engineering and non-professional students. Individuals and teams that got the highest results in theoretical and experimental competitions would be awarded prizes.

National Physical Olympic for Students XVIII – 2015 (SphO) organized annually by Physical Society of Vietnam cooperating with the Ministry of Education and Training to improve the quality of teaching and learning Physics at schools. Besides, the competition is to search, discover the young talents in the physics for Vietnam. It was also a useful field for students to share knowledge as well as enthusiasm and passion for learning.
HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY (HCMUT) CONTINUES LEADING THE NATIONAL MECHANICS OLYMPIAD 2015
The National Mechanics Olympiad XXVII 2015 was organized in three regions: the North, the Middle and the South of Vietnam. On 24/5, the organization has won 8 awards for teams and 166 awards for individuals in Southern region. The most noticeable student was Vo Duy Cong (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Technology City) who won the first individual prize. Besides, HCMUT also won the highest prize for team.
