The Office for International Study Programs (OISP) of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT – Bach khoa), managing and operating undergraduate, postgraduate programs delivered fully in English, has started welcoming international students since 2015.

The International Marketing Department is in charge of promoting images of Vietnam and the HCMUT – Bach khoa around the globe, counseling international students and parents interested in the study programs.

The OISP announces part-time recruitment for the International Marketing Position.

I. Position Details

Position Title              :     Part-time International Marketing Executive

Department                :     International Marketing | Office for International Study Programs

Campus Location      :     Opposite to A1 Building | Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology

                                            268 Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Ward 14 District 10, HCMC.

Hours of Work            :    Part-time (20 hrs/ week)

II. Job Description

– Assist in online marketing projects: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO, Youtube.

– Write and/or translate PR articles

– Launch online and offline marketing events.

– Other tasks will be assigned by the Marketing Manager.

III. Job Requirements

– IELTS Band 6.0 or equivalent.

– Good at Microsoft Office.

– At least 20 working hours/ week.

– Good written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively and in a confident manner with people at all levels;

– Active learning new knowledge and techniques;

– Good graphic design skills is preferential;

– A flexible and proactive approach to work;
