HCMUT students with representatives from Hoà Bình building contractor.
Coming to the construction site at 8.00 am in the morning, we were all warm greeted by representatives from Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation, who are responsible for foundation construction. Mr. Thien, construction engineer at the site, introduced basically about the construction site and made careful recommendations to us before visiting the site. He also asked us to wear safety working clothing and apparels to avoid unwanted accidents.

As far as we know, both of the building foundations with the area over 2,150 square meters, Grand Riverside and Ascent, are being constructed by Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation. Up to the time visiting, the Grand Riverside is still being constructed while The Ascent has been finished and started to be decorated inside.
