Preparing face masks for employees and students is an essential activity, supporting the public in the prevention of Covid-19. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thien Phuc – Vice President said: “This activity not only is humane, providing students with protective measures but also helps to maintain HCMUT – Bach Khoa’s great tradition and the former students’ love to all the students who are still under HCMUT’s proof. More than preparing masks, the university also provides hand sanitizers in the buildings, hand soap in the restrooms and all the employees have to wear masks working on the campus. In the time when the students haven’t got back to class, the university starts to spray disinfectant, clean the classrooms, and provide information about how to protect our health on the university’s website and fanpage so the students will not panic and stay calm to prevent Covid-19. Also, the university has set up a board to organize the spots where people can get their body temperature taken and quarantine areas, to provide students with the hotline in order to connect all the students and the university with the preventive anti-epidemic measures.
