From December 30th 2019 to January 15th 2020, the Dissertation Defense Ceremony for students of English study programs. In this time, there are more than 90 students registering topics of the dissertation defense.
The dissertation defense is run well as a given timeline. Each student has 10 to 15 minutes to present and some time to answer questions from the committee after that. Especially, students of the English programs have excellent English related to their majors. This is one of the dominant points of these programs offering great opportunities for fresh-graduates.
In this event, the Office for International Study Programs (OISP) had prepared gifts for all of the students. The board representative attended the defense to give the gifts and congratulations to the students.
After 10 years of formation and development, from the first advanced study program of Electrical & Electronic Engineering until now, there are 18 existing programs. With the advantage of being the first engineering university with courses fully delivered in English, HCMUT – Bach Khoa has been training a large number of engineers with a total package of professional knowledge and practical skills.
