Tại Việt Nam, Bosch có các ngành hàng kinh doanh: phụ tùng và thiết bị ô tô; điện tử ô tô và xe máy; kỹ thuật truyền động và điều khiển; kỹ thuật đóng gói; dụng cụ điện cầm tay; và công nghệ tòa nhà.

Bosch Vietnam cần tuyển 24 kỹ sư/ chuyên viên/ thực tập sinh cho 19 vị trí sau:

1	Process/ Equipment Engineer (Processes: Assembly; Vision; M&S; SQC)	4	– Bachelor degree in Machenical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering – Proven extensive knowledge in production/ process engineering of respective processes – Deeply understanding of machine control is required – Strong problem analysis and solving skills – Responsiveness and agility, willingness to learn – Result-oriented, independent and team work mindset – Willingess to travel to TbP on regular basis to develop knowledge further/ in some cases have a short term assignment depends on TEF2 current projects
2	Senior Quality Engineer (Customer)	1	– Bachelor/ master degree in technical field – At least 5 years of experience at industrial working environment – Good English skills (business communication level) – Strong communication and negotiation skills – Customer-oriented – Problem-solving skills (FMEA, 8D) – Ability to work independently
3	Production Engineer (Fine Blanking Process)	1	– Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering major – 3 years of working experience in process engineering in an industrial manufacturing plant – Good problem analysis and problem solving skills – Good communication in English
4	Quality Engineer – Quality Gate Moderator	1	– University graduate/ equivalent: technical field is preferred – Experience with manufacturing environment more than 3 years – Knowledge and experience on project management is preferred – Excellent command of English – Communication and presentation skill – Careful and detail
5	Line Engineer	3	– Bachelor degree in Industrial/ Industrial and System Engineering major – At least 3 years working experience in an industrial manufacturing plant – Have knowledge about lean production system; good communication, problem analysis and problem solving skills
6	Process Engineer (SQC and Facet)	1	– Bachelor degree in Automation/ Mechatronics Engineering major – Fresh graduates with good academic results and mindset are welcome to apply – 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred – Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English – Good problem analysis and good problem-solving
7	Personal Assistant (7-month contract)	1	– University graduate – 1-2 year(s) of relevant experience – Good command of English (verbal and written) – Careful, high responsibility and attention to detail – Quick learner and hardworking
8	Mechanical Technician	3	– Bachelor degree (college/ university) in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Maintenance major – At least 1 year of relevant experience – Able to read technical drawing (mechanical, pneumatic…) – Able to read technical document by English – Able to adapt challenge jobs with high pressure – 5S and safety awareness – Team work, cooperation – Ability to work in shift time
9	Maintenance Technician	1	– Bachelor degree (college/ university) in Industrial Maintenance/ Mechanical/ Mechantronics Engineering major – Having experience in maintenance in manufacturing environment is a plus – Good knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatics field – Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments – Can deal with high pressure and enthusiastic in working – Can work overtime as assigned from Supervisor
10	Quality Engineer (Training and System)	1	– Bachelor degree in technical major: Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is preferred – Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience – Result orientation – Process management – High responsibility – Good at cooperation, communication and presentation – Good command of English (both verbal and written)
11	Admin Intern	1	– Last-year student major in Technical/ Administration/ Business English, can be from college – Good PC skills especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). – Operationally oriented and comfortable working in a production plant environment – Proactive, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
12	Spare-part Planning Intern	1	– Support update spare parts picture project – Support project refurbish spare parts – Support tracking part return to warehouse – Support tracking spare part under safety stock – Support request for quotation creation new SAP number – Support spare part team activities
13	Software Developer Intern	1	– Develop software applications/ tools – Involve in practical software development projects
14	IoT Developer Intern	1	– Quickly design, develop, and test IoT technologies using a variety of languages and hardware – Bring the conceptual ideas into reality by documenting the spec, conduct for the feasibility study and manage the IoT project – Develop the IoT software application to solve business case of HcP production – Explore the data analytics and data mining tools to find best fit solutions according to customer needs
15	Production Engineer (Heat Treatment)	1	1. Education – Bachelor/ master degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Metallurgy Engineering/ Material Science major 2. Work experience – 0-3 working experience year(s) in terms of heat treatment/ metallurgy 3. Trait and skill – Project/ task management – Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety) – Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc.) – Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D) – Lean manufacturing principles – Languages: English, Vietnamese spoken and written (mandatory); German, Dutch (optional) – Hardware/ software skills: Mircosoft Office package, AutoCAD

18	Service Engineer (Hydraulics) Location: Bosch Vietnam, Deustches Haus Building, District 1, HCMC	1	– Installation and commissioning of hydraulic systems – Provide on-site technical supports and trouble shootings – In-house repairs incl. carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and testing on Rexroth hydraulics components and systems – Prepare inspection report with suggested possible roots – Providing customers with technical assistance; operational and maintenance training about Rexroth hydraulic components – Providing customers with technical assistance; operational and maintenance training about Rexroth hydraulic components – Coordinate repairs and field service activities with HQ Service Centre and/ or with regional service centers – Working closely with project sales team in the design of custom-made solutions, system upgrading/ retrofiting
19	Service Engineer (Factory Automation) Location: Bosch Vietnam, Deustches Haus Building, District 1, HCMC	1	– Acquire of new customers, sales partner and market for Factory Automation products – Develop and maintain a strong client relationship with customers and key accounts – Provide technical support (first line field contact) – Provide interface to Rexroth organization (second line support) – Continuously investigate market for new business opportunities – Ensure Rexroth products are listed at customer’s specifications – Report on planned and done activities and figures – Monitoring, analyzing of the market and competitors – Contribute to the Factory Automation long and short term plans – Active participation at marketing activities (trade fairs, forums, unions and magazines)
20	Mechanical Simulation Engineer Location: R&D Center, Bosch Vietnam, Deustches Haus Building, District 1	1	– Responsibility for Product Engineer works in application project, delivering the technical proof of design topics to meet product specifications – Responsibility to deliver cause-and-effect relations (between product characteristics and functions) and specification of product characteristics that should be verified and validated by using theoretical knowledge, calculation, simulation, experiment and testing – Support production plant for problem solving, risk assessment or any product engineering topics related – Technical project and work packages responsibility with on time, on spec and on budget – Responsibility for documentation of acquired knowledge in reports and/ or models, update product drawing and record in the DRBFM (design review based on failure mode) and DFMEA (design failure mode and effects analysis) in order to exchange and transfer to other colleagues
21	Intern– Mechanical Engineer (Design/ Simulation) Location: R&D Center, Bosch Vietnam, Deustches Haus Building, District 1	–	1. Design (2 positions, 4-6 months) Topic: Update drawing regarding to request of customer. Detail design in accordance with standard, functions of components. Design single parts/ components of machine. 2. Design (1 position, 4-6 months, for students doing graduation thesis) Topic: Design test bench for measuring fuel level sensor characteristics 3. Simulation (3 positions, 6 months, for students doing graduation thesis) Topic: FEM model for facet-pillar contact Crack mechanism of element under compressive stress Study about impact wear between components of push belt
